Purchase of sale items will be considered final. Returns of such items will not be processed.
Items should be returned in the original packaging, complete with the labels and tags still attached; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
You will be held responsible for items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We strongly advice the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details.
All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass a quality check will be transported back to the customer.
If you believe that there is a problem with the quality of the product upon delivery, you may ship it back to us for full refund, replaced with a different stock of the same item, or exchanged for store credit.
We will only accept change of size for replacements; for change of color or style we will issue store credit to customer. Store credit will be 1-time redemption and of the exact same value customer spent. Validity is 60 days from issuance.

For orders paid via Paypal and credit card, cancellations have to be made with 24 hours from time of purchase. All cancellations made past due time shall not be implemented.
For cash on delivery payments, cancellations of orders have to be made via email to email@example.com.
