Please note that our fulfillment team can only answer your questions on Mondays to Fridays, at 9 AM - 7PM. We also cannot immediately answer questions during holidays.
How can I place an order?
- Log-in or create an account here.
- Find the items that you would like to order through the search bar at the top of each page or through our collections tab.
- Once you find an item, select the color and size that you would like to get and click on “add to cart”.
- Once you are finished adding items to your cart, go to your cart here.
- Double-check your cart before proceeding to checkout.
- Input your contact details and make sure that all details are correct before checking out.
- We will send you an order confirmation email to verify that we have received your order.

I have a discount code! How can I use it?
- Input your discount code on the corresponding area in the checkout page. Note that some discount codes have restrictions and cannot be applied for certain items and that you can only use one discount code per transaction. Sale items and jelly shoes and sandals are also not eligible for discounts.
- I want to change my order, but I already confirmed it. What should I do?
- We can still edit your order for you. Kindly send us an email at email@example.com with your order number details and what you would want to change so that we can change it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
- Kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so that we can cancel it for you.
How can I pay for my order?
- We accept payments through cash on delivery or debit and credit card (PayPal).
- How do I use PayPal to pay with my credit card?
Select PayPal as your payment method in the checkout page. Once you click on the "Complete your order" button, a pop-out window will automatically appear wherein you can input your card details.
