Hi, I've been a repeat customer and this has been my 3rd or 4th time buying their jelly shoes. The quality are great. It's durable, wearable, it's non slip too. Also, it doesn't hurt or gives you blisters from wearing them. Also, I wish to send my greatest appreciation and a million thank you to your customer service team who has been very helpful, kind and professional throughout! They went over and beyond and I couldn't thank you enough for arranging another courier for the items to be delivered successfully (had problems with gogoxpress). Again, thank you for being patient and understanding. You guys are awesome! Can't wait to buy your new designs! Xoxoxo
