There's a problem with my order. What do I do?
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- You should send back the item within 30 days upon receipt.
- The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original invoice.
How do I return/ exchange my order?
- If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com. Kindly include a photo of the damaged item as well. We will make sure to replace it for you at no extra cost.
How long is the return process?
- Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return procedure. Please include your invoice before packing your items in order to avoid delays in processing your return.
Do you offer refunds?
- We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been picked up.
- At this time we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method. If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit.
