Should you encounter problems with your order, send your order number, photos of the item, and concern to email@example.com
Here’s what you must know about our return and exchange policy:
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- You should send back the item within 30 days upon receipt.
- The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and with its original invoice.
- You may return the item through Xend pick-up (for Xend orders) or LBC drop-off (for LBC orders).
- How do I return my item via Xend pick-up?
- E-mail your order number and the item for pick-up to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can schedule a pick-up for you.
Note: this is only applicable for orders shipped via Xend. The item will only be picked up at the address where it was shipped.
- How do I return my item via LBC drop-off?
- E-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why you would like to return the item for an exchange. Afterwards, we will provide you with an account number that you can use when you visit a branch of LBC to drop-off the item. Shipping charges will be shouldered by us.
- How long is the return process?
- For Metro Manila areas, the process may take at around 10-14 business days. For provincial areas, the process may take at around 15-18 business days. This estimation is based from the time you send an exchange request and the time you send back the item to the time we will be sending the replacement item to you.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you’re unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back within 30 days of the invoice so that we can process an exchange for you.
