This is my 2nd time ordering their shoes and I wanted to express how grateful and thankful I am to the team. They have been very quick and accommodating. There was some minimal issues with the courier that returned the items without reaching out to me when they were delivering it. The staff went over and beyond by checking in on me and told them about what happened. They told me to re-order and they did remember to change a different courier and received my items safe and in good shape. Excellent customer service! Will order again next time, thank you again! 💗
